Sonho Amarelo – Yellow dream The speciality of the Sonho Amarelo coffee are the beans. While most coffee cherries are red these special beans are yellow. Originally, the yellow bourbon variety comes from Bourbon Island – located next to Madagascar – today called Réunion. We source these special yellow beans from the Fazenda Rainha Farm in Brazil.
