Shipping policy
We ship within Switzerland only, with Swiss Post. What you pay depends on the weight of your order and the service you choose at checkout.
Coffee letter
The cheap, light and quick option: your beans go into a sealed bag with a pressure valve, flat enough to fit through your letterbox. No tracking number, and no need to be home. Available for up to three 250 g bags.
- 1 × 250 g — CHF 2.50
- 2 × 250 g — CHF 5.00
- 3 × 250 g — CHF 7.50
Parcels
Anything heavier than three bags travels as a tracked parcel. B-Post is the economy service, A-Post the faster one.
- 0–2 kg — B-Post CHF 8.50 / A-Post CHF 10.50
- 2–10 kg — B-Post CHF 10.50 / A-Post CHF 13.50
- 10–30 kg — B-Post CHF 20.50 / A-Post CHF 22.50
Swiss Post delivers A-Post on the next working day and B-Post within two to three working days, counted from the day we hand your parcel over.
Free delivery
Orders over CHF 110 ship free, by B-Post.
Coffee Pass
Every delivery of a Coffee Pass is included in the price you paid up front. You will not be charged postage again.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sent by email as a code, so there is nothing to post and no postage to pay.
Outside Switzerland
We do not ship abroad at the moment. Customs paperwork and postage make it impractical for small quantities of coffee. If you are ordering from outside Switzerland, write to us at hello@beaninprogress.com and we will see what we can do.
Something wrong with your delivery?
Email hello@beaninprogress.com with your order number and we will sort it out. Coffee letters travel without tracking, so if one goes astray, tell us and we will send a replacement.
