Sonho Amarelo — “yellow dream”.
The speciality of Sonho Amarelo is the beans themselves. While most coffee cherries are red, these are yellow. The Yellow Bourbon variety originally comes from Bourbon Island next to Madagascar — today called Réunion. We source these special yellow beans from the Fazenda Rainha farm in Brazil.
